Travel Grants

With the support of the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO), the Organizers are pleased to offer travel grants to support participation in the School. These grants will cover the registration fee, which includes access to the workshop, accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, and round-trip transportation between the venue and Trapani or Palermo airports.

Application Requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Poster abstract: A copy of the abstract identical to the one submitted to the School. The applicant must be the first author.

• Curriculum Vitae: A one-page CV.

Applications should be sent to the Scientific Committee (Aurelia Viglione and Chiara Musillo) at complexitymentalhealth@gmail.com no later than 15 March 2026, 23:59 CET. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

To help identify candidates with genuine financial need, applicants are encouraged to first seek funding from their laboratory, institution, or government sources.

Selection process will be based on the applicant’s CV and the quality of the scientific study to be presented (that is, the poster abstract) and will be conducted in line with IBRO’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
